Mabell Garcia Paine is the President of Viridis Consulting, a Los Angeles based clean energy consultancy certified as a Minority Woman-Owned (MWBE) and Small Business (SBE) firm. Her expertise is in program design, decarbonization policies and customer engagement across a variety of distributed energy resources such as energy efficiency, demand response, renewable energy and energy storage. Her career spans over two decades on the utility and consulting side, and both in program management and business development. Mabell is recognized as a creative industry leader with a track record of turning complex business and policy initiatives into compelling customer-focused strategies that drive growth and innovation. Through Viridis, Mabell and her team’s mission is to create innovative new ways for all people to live and work in a cleaner, greener world.
Ms. Paine received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Northridge and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Southern California. Ms. Paine is a board member of Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE), Los Angeles Chapter, serves on the Decarbonization Committee for USGBC-LA and is a Commissioner with the City of Pasadena, CA.
Doug is a 36-year utility industry leader with successful experience implementing change across diverse stakeholder groups resulting in enhanced operating efficiency, cost savings, customer satisfaction, and goal achievement. His expertise in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects and his proven analytical capabilities enable successful planning, program implementation, project management, and problem solving across multiple departments and organizations. Through his many years of experience, Doug has worked across a variety of subject areas in the energy industry including benchmarking, market research, regulatory affairs, and strategic planning. He utilizes his excellent communication skills as well as his broad experience and connections across the energy industry to provide timely and cost-efficient delivery of client engagements.
Elisa is a creative, collaborative and innovative coach and consultant with successful experience driving change and meaningful results in the energy industry. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience in program, project and contract management for energy efficiency and distributed generation programs. Her areas of expertise include change management and leadership development, program management, and portfolio and contract management. Elisa’s excellent verbal and written communication skills make her an influential relationship manager proficient at building strategic alliances with internal and external partners to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Sustainability is a priority for most of Nathalie’s personal and professional life. As a licensed architect, Nathalie’s work has always incorporated green thought leadership – from the green buildings and communities she designed early in her career to her present work in clean energy and sustainability. Nathalie helped launched Los Angeles County’s Office of Sustainability and administered several statewide energy efficiency programs including Energy Upgrade California, Home Upgrade, Go Green Financing and the CHEEF. Nathalie’s credentials include a Master’s degree in Architecture, architectural licenses in multiple states, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and LEED Accredited Professional certification. She has been involved in the US Green Building Counsel since 2001 and was the founder and co-chair for the Los Angeles chapter’s South Bay branch.
Manyphay Viengkham brings over 22 years of cross-functional expertise in the power and building industries, uniquely blending Product Management and Systems Engineering to deliver impactful solutions. With experience both behind and in front of the meter, Manyphay has worked across the full end-to-end product lifecycle to drive the adoption of transformative technologies, ensuring customer success at every stage. Anca is passionate about sustainability and corporate responsibility. She holds certifications from most widely used sustainability standards and frameworks (GRI/SASB/TCFD/GHG Protocol) and an MBA from California State University. Northridge. She has over fifteen years of experience in public and private companies in various strategy, data reporting and analysis, project management, and sustainability consulting roles. Anca dislikes any type of waste, food waste in particular, so recently she started a food diversion program in her household. Outside work Anca enjoys spending time with her family and friends, solving puzzles, reading, and savoring a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop.
Richelle is a collaborative and energetic problem solver with 10+ years of experience in program and project management. She specializes in delivering complex, high-impact projects across diverse industries. She has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement. Her expertise includes process mapping and improvement, project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource optimization. She is passionate about clean energy and committed to driving sustainable solutions that benefit both clients and the environment. She is the City Lead for the San Diego chapter for Women and Climate as well as the DVP for Marketing & Communications with PMI-San Diego. Richelle possesses an MBA from Chadron State College in Nebraska (her home state – Go Big Red!). She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. In her free time, Richelle loves to read, spend time with friends and family, and find new creative hobbies.
Christina is a detail-oriented and agile project coordinator with a strong background in project management, data analysis, education, and cross-functional leadership. She holds a degree in Biotechnology from the University of California, Davis. Upon graduating, she followed her passion for traveling abroad and taught English in South Korea. With experience in program management, education, and stakeholder communication, Christina excels at driving efficiency and delivering impactful solutions. Passionate about supporting the entire team and stakeholders, she brings a unique blend of analytical skills and empathy to every project. In her free time, Christina enjoys playing Pokémon Go, traveling, learning new languages, and finding the best places in town to eat.
